Thank you very much for...Dear Kusinera sa America,<br /><br />Thank you very much for posting the recipe for brined turkey. I used the recipe but made some minor modifications. Instead of just placing the wedged orange into the solution, I decided to squeeze the juice. Nilamas-lamas ko na rin ang mga herbs. Additionally, I injected the turkey with emulsified lemon, butter, and salt mixture. THE RESULT WAS HEAVENLY. The skin was crispy and the meat moist all the way to the bone; and remained moist even after three days.
