Meet Heidi Illustre and Diane Pascua, the members of the Filipino-American Beach Volleyball team. They are hoping to raise $20,000 for expenses to help them qualify for the 2008 Beijing Olympics this summer. I heard about them from a friend in CA, Diane is the coach of her daughter.If you have a personal blog, it would be great if you can write a post about the team and help spread the word. Ask your fellow bloggers to do a post about them too. If we all do this, then hopefully they will make it to the Olympics and represent the Philippines. :)
